Dated: 6i0kij On October 23, 2009, the Court denied Plaintiff's motion to compel, and directed the Clerk's Office to send Plaintiff a copy of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 31. On November 20, 2009, Plaintiff notified the Court that he did not receive a copy of the rule. A review of the docket indicates that the Clerk's Office did not enclose a copy of the rule as directed.
