On June 1, 2010, plaintiff filed a motion to extend time until July 30, 2010, to file an opposition to defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment. Good cause having been presented to the court and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Plaintiff is granted an extension of time until July 30, 2010 in which to file an opposition to the cross-motion for summary judgment filed by defendant on March 24, 2010.
