The Court orders 18 Defendants' counsel to meet and confer with the Litigation Coordinator at Calipatria State Prison no 19 later than September 8, 2010 to: (1) ensure that the correct telephone numbers have been exchanged 20 between Defendants' counsel and Calipatria State Prison staff; and (2) prevent further miscommunication 21 between the parties. 22 In addition, the Court will hold a telephonic status conference on September 13, 2010 at 9:00 23 a.m. to discuss case status with the parties and receive a report from the Litigation Coordinator at 24 Calipatria State Prison regarding the location of Plaintiff's legal property. Accordingly, the telephonic 25 appearance of the Calipatria State Prison Litigation Coordinator is required.
