In light of the pending motion for summary judgment, Defendants' motion to modify the scheduling order is granted. Instead of vacating the deadlines, as proposed by Defendants, the Court modifies the dates as follows: The final pretrial conference is scheduled for February 22, 2011 at 3:30 p.m.; the proposed pretrial order shall be lodged with Chambers by February 15, 2011; the parties must meet and confer regarding the contents of the pretrial order by February 1, 2011; Rule 26(a)(3) pretrial disclosures must be made by January 25, 2011.
