TO THE COURT, ALL PARTIES, AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between counsel for Plaintiff CONNIE ARNOLD and counsel for Defendant IC KANG CORPORATION and LIBERTY HOTEL INVESTMENTS LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties") that the deadlines to complete discovery, motions--both dispositive and non-dispositive, and other pretrial matters, should be continued, as further delineated below.
