1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 On August 27, 2008, Plaintiff, proceeding in forma pauperis, filed the present action for 18 judicial review of the denial of Social Security benefits. 19 On August 29, 2008, the Court issued a Scheduling Order along with Instructions for Service 20 of Social Security Appeals. The instructions explained that in order to serve Defendant, 21 Plaintiff was required to complete and return a USM-285 form to the Court, as well copies of the 22 summons and complaint. Plaintiff has not done so, and therefore, Defendant has not yet been served 23 with the complaint. 24 Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, if any she has, why the action 25 should not be dismissed for failure to complete and return the service documents.
