The Findings and Recommendation was served 21 on all parties and contained notice that any objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. 22 Over fourteen days have passed and no objections have been filed. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a de 24 novo review of the case. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Findings and Recommendation dated February 10, 2011, is ADOPTED IN FULL; and 2. The application is GRANTED in the amount of $10,010.00.
