On October 10, 2013, defendants Fields and Devine (“Defendants”) filed a motion for
16
summary judgment. (Doc. 71.) Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of
17
non-opposition to the motion within twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l).
18
Accordingly, within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff
19
must file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary
20
judgment. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this action will be dismissed, with
21
prejudice, for failure to obey the court=s order and failure to prosecute.
