Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Findings and Recommendations, filed January 11, 2010, are ADOPTED IN FULL; 2. 3. Plaintiff's social security complaint is GRANTED; This action is REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further consideration, consistent with this decision, of Plaintiff's status as disabled, including whether or not Plaintiff (a) suffered from a severe impairment or impairments, (b) could perform any past relevant work and, (c) if appropriate, whether, on the basis of Plaintiff's age, education, work experience, and residual functional capacity, he could perform any other gainful and substantial work within the economy; and, 4.
