Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the parties have consented to the 19 jurisdiction of the United States Magistrate Judge. Local Rule 302. Following resolution of Defendants’ motion for summary judgment, this action is proceeding 20 21 against Defendants Lopez and Hedgepth for deliberate indifference to a serious medical need in 22 violation of the Eighth Amendment. This action is now ready to be set for trial.
