On January 22, 2009, pursuant to the Court's request, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Review of the application reveals that Plaintiff does not meet the standard to proceed without prepayment of fees and his application is therefore DENIED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $350.00 filing fee within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this action. Failure to comply with this order may result in this action being dismissed.
