1 2 3 EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 4 5 6 7 8 CSP-CORCORAN I, 9 Respondent. 10 11 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus 12 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. 13 On November 25, 2008, the Magistrate Judge issued a Findings and Recommendation 14 that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus be DISMISSED. This Findings and 15 Recommendation was served on all parties and contained notice that any objections were to be 16 filed within thirty (30) days of the date of service of the order. Over thirty (30) days have passed 17 and no party has filed objections. 18 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted 19 a de novo review of the case.
