If respondent Daniel Harralson has any defense to present or opposition to the U n ited States' motion, such defense or opposition shall be made in writing and filed with th e Clerk and copies served on counsel for the United States in Washington D.C., at least f o u rte e n (14) days prior to the date set for the show cause hearing. The United States m a y file a reply memorandum to any opposition at least five (5) court days prior to the d a te set for the show cause hearing. 3 . At the show cause hearing, the Court will consider all issues raised by re sp o n d e n t Daniel Harralson. Only those issues brought into controversy by the re sp o n s iv e pleadings and supported by affidavit will be considered.
