The Findings and Recommendation was served on all parties and contained notice that 21 any objections were to be filed within thirty (30) days. On March 2, 2009, Plaintiff indicated that 22 he had not received the Findings and Recommendations and he was given a courtesy copy from 23 the Clerk's office. Over thirty (30) days have passed since the March 2, 2009, service and 24 Plaintiff has not filed objections. 25 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a 26 de novo review of the case. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Findings and Recommendations dated February 26, 2009, is ADOPTED IN FULL; and 2. The action is DISMISSED. This terminates this action in its entirety.
