JOHN TILTON, et al., 13 Defendants. 14 (Doc. 103) / 15 Plaintiff Barry Lamon, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed this 16 civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on January 26, 2009. On July 31, 2013, the Court 17 granted Defendants’ motion for summary judgment and entered judgment. On August 21, 2013, 18 Plaintiff filed a declaration attesting that he was not served with the order and judgment and 19 requesting service. 20 On July 31, 2013, Plaintiff was served by mail with the order and judgment at his address of 21 record with the Court and therefore, service is deemed effective. Local Rule 182(f). Based on the 22 return address listed in the corner of the declaration, Plaintiff is now at California State Prison23 Represa rather than of Salinas Valley State Prison.
