Cantu (“Plaintiff”) is a prisoner in the custody of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (“CDCR”). Plaintiff is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 20 The Court reopened discovery in this action on April 4, 2014. At the time, not all 21 Defendants had been served. 22 On September 2, 2014, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to modify the scheduling 23 24 25 order. The discovery cut-off is October 24, 2014.
