On February 29, 2016, the Court held the telephonic trial confirmation hearing. At the

18

hearing, Mr. Lamon reported that, though he had received nine boxes of legal materials (See

19

Doc.312), these materials did not include documents related to this case. Counsel for Defendants

20

agreed to research the issue further and to obtain copies of logs related to Plaintiff’s property

21

when he was moved from CSP Sacramento in August 2015 through today. However, to allow

22

Plaintiff to prepare for trial, the Court determined that information contained on the docket could

23

be helpful toward that end. Thus, herewith, the Court provides to Plaintiff the substantive

24

documents he has filed and any evidence filed by Defendants that address the merits of the case.

Finally, the Court set the trial date along with other pretrial dates.

The trial is set on April 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the United States Courthouse at

510 19th Street, Bakersfield, CA;

Any motions in limine SHALL be filed no later than March 25, 2016 and any

2

oppositions thereto will be filed on April 4, 2015. The hearing on the motions in limine is April

3

18, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Defense counsel SHALL have the motions in limine filed on behalf of the

4

defendants, to be hand-delivered to Mr. Lamon via prison personnel;
