Plaintiff filed this action on March 23, 2009. 18 By order issued April 14, 2009, this Court granted Plaintiff's request to proceed under a fictitious 19 name. (Doc. 6.) On May 26, 2009, Plaintiff filed a motion for appointment of counsel. Plaintiff 20 concurrently filed a request that his exhibits in support of the motion be sealed because the exhibits 21 identify him by name. (Docs. 12, 13.) 22 Plaintiff's request is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to seal the motion for 23 appointment of counsel, filed May 26, 2009. (Doc. 12.) 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28
