Plaintiff Jimmy McDonald is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this
16
civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 18, 2012, in response to the summary
17
judgment notice issued by the Court on July 9, 2012, Plaintiff filed a motion seeking to withdraw
18
his previously-filed opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment and for a twenty-one
19
day extension of time to file an amended opposition.
20
In as much as the Court issued an order striking Plaintiff’s opposition and granting Plaintiff
21
a thirty day extension of time to file an amended opposition on July 13, 2012, Plaintiff’s motion is
22
HEREBY DENIED as moot.
