MEDICAL STAFF at CSATF, et al., Defendants. 16 17 18 19 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 1:09-cv-00749-LJO-BAM (PC) ORDER ADOPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR STAY OF TRANSFER DUE TO PENDING CASE (ECF Nos. 171, 172) Plaintiff Anthony Craig Huckabee (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 20 forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff initiated this action on 21 April 28, 2009. 22 On May 26, 2015, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations that Plaintiff’s 23 motion for a stay of his possible transfer from Valley State Prison pending resolution of this action be 24 denied. The Findings and Recommendations were served on the parties and contained notice that any 25 objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. (ECF No. 172.) More than fourteen days have 26 passed and no objections have been filed. 27 28 1 1 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted a de 2 novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the findings and 3 recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis. 4 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 5 1. The Findings and Recommendations issued on May 26, 2015, are adopted in full; and 6 2.
