MEDICAL STAFF AT CSATF, et al., 12 Defendants. / 13 14 Plaintiff Anthony Craig Huckabee, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, 15 filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on April 28, 2009. The Court finds that 16 appointment of counsel for Plaintiff is warranted. Scot A. Ginther has been selected by random draw 17 from the Court’s pro bono attorney panel to represent Plaintiff and he has agreed to accept the 18 appointment. 19 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 20 1. Scot A. Ginther is appointed to represent Plaintiff in the above entitled matter; 21 2. Mr. Ginther shall notify Sujean Park, at (916) 930-4278, or via email at 22 spark@caed.uscourts.gov, if he has any questions related to the appointment; and 23 3.
