Id. Counsel assures the 21 Court that within 45 days, he will be in a position to pursue the case. Id. 22 Therefore, good cause appearing, the order to show cause is DISCHARGED. 23 In addition, the Court ORDERS that no later than January 13, 2012, Plaintiff SHALL move 24 the Court for default judgment against Defendant Norberg or file the documents necessary to dismiss 25 the matter. 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 Dated: December 2, 2011 9j7khi 28 /s/ Jennifer L.
