Local Rule 302. 17 18 On February 24, 2016, the parties filed a stipulation for voluntary dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the instant action is dismissed with prejudice and each 19 20 party is to bear its own litigation costs and attorney’s fees. 21 22 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED.
