Trial Date March 6, 2012 May 8, 2012 December 5, 2011 February 5, 2012 9 The proposed deadlines do not leave the Court with sufficient time between the dispositive 10 motion hearing date and the pretrial conference for the Court to consider and make a determination 11 on any pending motions. 12 The Court is willing to accommodate the parties’ request for a modified schedule, but cannot 13 adopt the dates proposed in the stipulation. If the parties wish to re-file their request for an extension 14 of the schedule, they should propose dates that maintain at least six weeks between the hearing date 15 for the dispositive motions and the pretrial conference date as well as at least six weeks between the 16 date of the pretrial conference and the date of the trial.
