On October 18, 2010, and again on October 25, 2010, Plaintiff filed 19 objections to Defendant's motion. Plaintiff objects that Defendant did not properly attempt to 20 meet and confer regarding the summary judgment motion, as required by the Scheduling Order. 21 Specifically, Plaintiff objects that Defendant did not attempt to meet and confer until October 14 22 or 15, when the deadline for filing the summary judgment motion was October 15. Plaintiff's 23 opposition is due November 1, 2010. 24 Given the nature of Plaintiff's objections, which amount to a contention that Defendant 25 has violated a court order by filing its motion, the Court believes that a modified schedule is in 26 order.
