The 20 motion was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) 21 and Local Rule 302. 22 On June 3, 2010, the Magistrate Judge filed Findings and Recommendations 23 recommending that Plaintiff's motion be granted (Doc. 19). The Findings and Recommendations 24 were served on the parties and contained notice to the parties that any objections to the Findings 25 and Recommendations were to be filed within fifteen days. In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. 2. The Findings and Recommendations, filed June 3, 2010, are adopted in full; Plaintiff United States of America's motion for default judgment is GRANTED; and 3. Plaintiff United States of America, within ten (10) days of service of this order, SHALL submit a proposed default and final forfeiture judgment consistent with the Findings and Recommendations and this order.
