Shinseki, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs ("Defendants")and Plaintiff Rosie Boparai, M.D., ("Plaintiff") acting in propria persona stipulate to extend the time for the Defendants to respond to the Complaint filed July 6, 2009, (Doc. 1) as follows: 1. The Complaint filed by Plaintiff seeks relief under

Title VII arising from a determination made by a Peer Review Committee regarding medical care provided by the Plaintiff.
