Judgment was entered in favor of 19 Plaintiff on May 14, 2010. 20 On August 13, 2010 , the parties filed a stipulation and proposed order to allow Plaintiff an 21 extension of time to file a motion for award of attorney fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice 22 Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). The parties' request is GRANTED.
