Plaintiff William Little Anderson, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma
18
pauperis, has filed this civil rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was
19
referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule
20
302.

On December 21, 2012, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations to
22
deny Plaintiff’s April 4, 2012, Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Findings and
23
Recommendations were served on the parties and contained notice to the parties that any
24
objections were to be filed within fifteen days. Neither party filed objections within this time
25
frame.

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted a
27
de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the
28
Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The Findings and Recommendations, filed December 21, 2012 (Document 43),
are ADOPTED in full; and

Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction is DENIED (Document 32).
