1 2 3 4 5 6 7 EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 8 HAROLD WALKER, 9 10 Plaintiff, 11 v. 12 JERRY DYER, et. al., 13 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff Harold Walker ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 17 pauperis in the action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 18 On December 3, 2009, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendation that 19 Defendants Dyer, Wilson, Durham and Madrid be DISMISSED WITHOUT LEAVE TO 20 AMEND. The Findings and Recommendation was served on all parties and contained notice 21 that any objections were to be filed within thirty (30) days. Over thirty (30) days have passed and 22 Plaintiff has not filed objections. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(c), this Court has conducted a 24 de novo review of the case.
