STIPULATION and ORDER to EXTEND TIME

The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for Plaintiff to file the Opening Brief is extended from May 2, 2010 to June 1, 2010. This is the Plaintiff's first request for an extension of time in this case. The Plaintiff needs an additional thirty (30) day period to prepare the Opening Brief. The parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
