Defendants 19 explain that the institution of Plaintiff’s incarceration is approximately 359.95 miles away from the 20 office of Defendants’ counsel and that videoconferencing would thus eliminate unnecessary travel 21 expenses. 22 Good cause appearing, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants’ May 19, 2011 request 23 for deposition by videoconferencing (Doc. 33) is GRANTED. Nothing in this order, however, shall 24 be construed as requiring the institution of Plaintiff’s incarceration to obtain video conferencing 25 equipment if it is not already available for this purpose. 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 Dated: May 20, 2011 9j7khi 28 /s/ Jennifer L.
