RIOS, Warden 13 Respondent. 14 15 Petitioner is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus 16 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1), the parties have consented to 17 the jurisdiction of the United States Magistrate Judge. (Court Docs. 4, 6.) 18 On March 18, 2010, Respondent filed an answer to the petition, and Petitioner filed a 19 traverse on March 23, 2010. (Court Docs. 18 & 26.) In his answer, Respondent refers to 20 Attachments 1 through 8; however, Attachments 6 through 8 were not submitted to the Court for 21 review.
