Doc. 27 12 _________________________________/ DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 6, 2012 13 14 Plaintiff is a prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 15 On August 7, 2012, Defendant filed a motion for extension of time to obtain Plaintiff’s responses 16 to discovery and to file a motion to compel. Doc. 27. In Defendant’s motion, counsel states that 17 Plaintiff has not responded to discovery requests. Id. The Court HEREBY GRANTS Defendant’s 18 motion for extension of time to obtain Plaintiff’s responses to discovery and to file a motion to 19 compel. 20 Defendant has until September 6, 2012 to obtain Plaintiff’s responses to discovery and to 21 file a motion to compel. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: 7j8cce August 10, 2012 UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
