(Docs. 23, 30) 13 14 ADNAN MOHAMMED SADDELDIN, et al., 15 Defendants. _____________________________________/ 16 17 On February 18, 2014, the Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations that 18 Defendant Allen Martin Ormonde's Motion to Vacate the Judgment be GRANTED. These 19 Findings and Recommendations were served on all parties appearing in the action and contained 20 notice that any objections were to be filed within twenty-one (21) days after service of the order. 21 Plaintiff filed objections on March 11, 2014, and Defendant Ormonde filed a response to 22 Plaintiff's objections on March 20, 2014. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ยง 636 (b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted a 24 de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court concludes that the 25 Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record and proper 26 analysis. 27 28 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1. 3 4 The Findings and Recommendations issued on February 18, 2014, are ADOPTED IN FULL; and 2.
