Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a

petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

The matter was referred to the Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28
20
U.S.C.§ 636(b)(1) and Local Rules 302 and 303.

On July 7, 2011, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and a
22
recommendation that Petitioner’s request for an order to prison
23
staff to return his property be denied.

The findings and recommendations were served on all parties
25
on the same date.

are ADOPTED in full; and
2. Petitioner’s motion for an order to staff to return his

legal property is DENIED.
