Plaintiffs Charles James Ouzounian and Glenda Ouzounian ("Plaintiffs") and Defendant Department of Veterans Affairs ("Veterans Affairs") stipulate, by and through the undersigned counsel, to extend the deadline for United States to respond to the First Amended Complaint to and including August 30, 2010. The parties further agree to continue the date of the scheduling conference currently set for July 8, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. in Courtroom 3 of the above-entitled court to September 17, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. in Courtroom 3, or a date to be determined by the court. The parties base this stipulation on good cause. The parties are working towards resolution of this matter. The parties agree that this short extension of time for Veterans Affairs to respond will not cause any prejudice to the parties as this action was recently commenced. Accordingly, the parties stipulate and agree to continue the time for Veterans Affairs to file a responsive pleading to the First Amended Complaint and the scheduling conference as 1
