On March 22, 2010, the Court 20 issued summons along with instructions for completing and returning service documents to allow 21 service by the United States Marshal. Plaintiff has not returned the service documents and there is 22 no indication that the complaint has been otherwise served. 23 Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, if any he has, why the action should 24 not be dismissed for failure to properly serve the complaint.
