AKANNO, et al., Defendants. 14 15 16 17 On March 31, 2017, Plaintiff Christopher Simmons personally filed objections to the 18 Court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants and closing the case. (ECF 19 No. 95.) 20 Filings must include the signature of at least one attorney of record when a party is 21 represented. Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a). See also Local Rule 131(b) (“All pleadings and non22 evidentiary documents shall be signed by the individual attorney for the party presenting them . . 23 . .”) 24 Plaintiff has been represented by counsel since September 2013 in this action. In fact, 25 Plaintiff’s counsel has filed objections to the bill of costs submitted by Defendants in this matter 26 on March 20, 2017.
