HUBBARD, et al., (Doc. 19) 13 Defendants. / 14 15 Plaintiff Ed Dwayne Smith, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed 16 this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 on January 19, 2010. On April 12, 2012, 17 Plaintiff filed an unsigned objection to the findings and recommendations issued by the undersigned 18 on March 8, 2012. 19 An unsigned filing cannot be considered by the Court and the objection is HEREBY 20 ORDERED STRICKEN from the record on that ground. Fed. R. Civ.
