Plaintiff Jerry Cobb ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On August 16, 2010, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why sanctions should not issue for Plaintiff's failure to obey a court order. (Doc. #8.) The order to show cause was issued after Plaintiff failed to complete and return a consent or request for reassignment form. Plaintiff submitted the required form on August 24, 2010. (Doc. #10.) Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the August 16, 2010 order to show cause is DISCHARGED.
