Defendant shall file his response to Plaintiff's OSC Re Contempt by 12/7/2010. No Reply.

2.

The initial scheduling conference set for March 4, 2011 is advanced to February 18, 2011 at 8:15 a.m.

3.

The parties shall file a joint scheduling conference statement on or before February 10, 2011.

4.

The parties shall exchange Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 26 Initial Disclosures on or before January 14, 2011.
