Misko (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 17 pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This action currently proceeds 18 against Defendant Williams for deliberate indifference in violation of the Eighth Amendment. 19 On February 20, 2015, the Court extended the dispositive motion deadline to April 24, 20 21 2015. (ECF No. 70.) On February 23, 2015, Plaintiff filed a dispositive motion. (ECF No. 71.) Defendant 22 Williams did not file a response pursuant to Local Rule 230(l). Accordingly, Defendant 23 Williams is HEREBY ORDERED to file an opposition or statement of non-opposition to 24 Plaintiff’s dispositive motion within twenty-one (21) days following service of this order. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: /s/ Barbara April 6, 2015 27 A.
