AVILA, et al., 8 (ECF No. 58, 59, 60, 62, 72, 75, & 88) Defendants. 9 10 _______________________________/ 11 12 Plaintiff James Cato (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights action 13 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 14 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 15 On October 24, 2012, the Magistrate Judge filed a Findings and Recommendations 16 recommending that Plaintiff’s motions for injunctive relief be denied. (ECF No. 88.) Plaintiff has 17 failed to file objections to the Findings and Recommendations. 18 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(c) and Local Rule 305, this 19 Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the 20 Court finds the Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper 21 analysis. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. The Findings and Recommendations, filed October 24, 2012, are adopted in full; and 2.
