The alleged 16 violations took place in Amador County, which is part of the Sacramento Division of the United 17 States District Court for the Eastern District of California. See Local Rule 3-120(d). 18 Title 28 of the United States Code Section 1391(b) provides 19 20 21 22 23 The court is transferring this action to the Sacramento Division of the Eastern District of 24 California pursuant to Title 28 United States Code Section 1404(a) in the interests of justice for 25 the following reasons. The actions giving rise to Plaintiff's complaint all arose in Amador 26 County and Defendant does not appear to reside within the Fresno division's jurisdiction.
