Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion to Stay [ECF No. 6] asking the Court to stay the matter due to his unanticipated transfer between facilities. Plaintiff's complaint was filed on May 28, 2010 and is currently awaiting the Court's screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(A). Such screening is necessary before the case can proceed. Given the Court's current case load, it will likely be months it is able to screen Plaintiff's Complaint. Plaintiff is not currently facing any deadlines.
