Plaintiff filed his complaint on June 2, 2010, along with an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Plaintiff's application reflects that he is self-employed and earns $1,500 per week and that his monthly expenses include $850.00 in rent. Because Plaintiff's application demonstrates that he is not entitled to proceed without prepayment of fees, his application is DENIED.
