Plaintiff Brent Adler, a former state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed
18 this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on July 15, 2010. This action for damages is
19 proceeding on Plaintiff’s amended complaint, filed on August 1, 2011, against Defendants
20 Sullivan, Gonzalez, Carrasco, Bryant, Large, Steadman, and Noyce for denial of adequate outdoor
21 exercise, in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

On March 28, 2014, Defendant Sullivan filed an answer to Plaintiff’s amended complaint.
23 Accordingly, application of the discovery and scheduling order filed on December 9, 2013, is
24 HEREBY ORDERED EXTENDED to Defendant Sullivan.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
