ORDER Upon the parties' stipulation, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff may have an extension of time, to and including April 13, 2011, in which to file Plaintiff's Opening Brief. Defendant may have an extension of time to May 13, 2011, to consider the contentions raised in Plaintiff's Opening Brief, and file any opposition if necessary. Any reply by Plaintiff will be due by May 27, 2011. Pursuant to the Court's scheduling order, all further requests to modify the scheduling order must be made by written motion and shall only be granted for good cause. (Doc. 6 ¶ 14.)
