Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the oral representation to the Court

by Defendants’ counsel that they will not file a dispositive motion and good cause

appearing, the Court ORDERS:

The Scheduling Order is amended as follows:
Discovery pertaining to non-experts shall be completed on or

before July 13, 2012;

Discovery pertaining to experts shall be completed on or before
The parties SHALL jointly disclose in writing, all expert

witnesses on or before May 15, 2012 and SHALL disclose all rebuttal experts on

or before June 15, 2012. The written designation of experts shall be made pursuant

to Fed. R.Civ.P. Rule 26(a)(2), (A) and (B) and shall include all information

15

required thereby.

No other amendments to the scheduling order are authorized;

No further amendments to the scheduling order will be permitted

absent a showing of exceptional good cause.
